Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the nature of custom work, all personalized and custom orders are final sale.
This includes items with:

Made-to-order specifications

Non-Custom Items
For non-custom items, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery or pickup, provided the item is:
Unused
In original condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
We may ask for photos so we can review and resolve the issue quickly. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production has not already started.
Once production has begun, cancellations may not be possible for custom items.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow a few business days for processing, depending on your payment provider.

Free local pickup is available in Kincardine, Ontario.
